Le son a une vitesse hors du commun mais en plus de parcourir des kilomètres, il est capable de passer les frontières, c'est le cas avec le CD d'un groupe qui vient de l'autre côté de l'Atlantique, et oui, il en a fait de la distance pour atterrir dans mes mains. Le groupe Circaic venant de  l'État du Colorado (les États-Unis, rien que ça) vient de poser sa patte sur notre hexagone avec False Prophetic Roads, leur EP.

Apres plusieurs écoutes afin de me faire une idée de ce que valent ses petits Ricains, putain, ils sont bon, j'ai une préférence pour le Metal bien de notre continent, comme des groupes venant de Suède, Allemagne ou encore chez nous, la France, car je suis rarement étonné par ce que font les Américains, ben pour une rare fois, je vais fermer ma gueule car ce groupe assure plus que bien. Les 6 titres de leurs EP t'emmènent où t'aurais jamais pensé, avec des mélodies digne d'être affilié à des groupes comme In Flames ou encore Insonmium, oui, des grands noms du Death Melodique. Mais le chant a aussi sa place, rappelant un bon Arch Enemy entre autre mais aussi des chants plus calme à la Delain. Personnellement, ce que je vais dire, peut en étonner plus d'un mais cet EP est un concentré massif de génie. 

Des mélodies superbes, un chant qui mérite un total respect. Chaque partie du groupe donne un putain de mélange. Je tiens à quand même bien appuyer sur les mélodies de Circaic, entraînante, rapide, harmonieuse et surtout magique. 

En bref, j'aimerais beaucoup qu'en plus du CD qui est arrivé jusqu'à nous, que le groupe parte en tournée française, pour montrer leur talent juste énorme, on sera plus que ravi.

Pour les fans de Métal en général, fans d'Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquillity....etc, les petites américains de Circaic vont étancher votre soif de putain de son.

Sound has an out of the ordinary speed but regardless of crossing mile-long distances, it is able to pass across borders. This is the case with a band's new CD that traveled great lengths until it landed in my French hands. Colorado band Cercaic just set foot on French soil with their EP False Prophetic Roads.

After several times listening to it in order to get in mind what these Ricains are worth: Fuck, they are good! I have a slight tendency to like European bands better like Swedish, German or French because Americans rarely surprise me. Well, for once and only this time I will shut my mouth because this band rules more than just a bit. The 6-title EP takes you places you wouldn't have thought with melodies worth of – yes – big names of Melodic Death Metal like In Flames or Insomnium. But vocals also have their place, reminding of a nice Arch Enemy – among others – but of smoother vocals as well à la Delain, for instance. What I am about to say will surprise some of you, but this EP is massive, concentrate of genius.

Superb melodies, vocals deserving a total respect. Each part of the band turns out to be a fucking mix. I'd like to clearly highlight Circaic melodies, catchy, fast, harmonious but most of all: magic.

Long story short, I'd really like the band – on top of the CD that reached us – to be going on a French tour to show their huge talent. We would be more than delighted.

For Metal fans in general, for fans of Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquility, etc... The American yougsters of Circaic will quench your thirst of fucking sound.
